✦ The payment is divided into two installments: 50% once the agreement is finalized (before the sketch begins) and 50% before the final draft is sent by email (the final artwork will not be sent before payment is confirmed).
✦Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
✦ Extras like weapons and pets will have an additional cost of $5USD
✦ Additional characters are charged at 50% of the price
✦ Emergency orders or tight deadlines will be charged an additional $15.
✦ Additional cost of 50% or percentage of sales for commercial use.
✦ Changes will only be tolerated up until the Lineart process (except color changes).
✦After the order has been paid, I will not accept refund requests.
✦ If I need to cancel the order, I will refund it.
✦ I have permission to promote my work and showcase the pieces in various settings, such as portfolios and social media.
✦ The buyer is prohibited from selling the art for personal use.
✦The buyer must not claim authorship of the artwork and should credit @Vashe3r when sharing it on their social networks.
✦ The buyer is prohibited from removing my signature from the work.
✦It is prohibited to use commissioned artwork in NFTs or in any context related to cryptocurrencies or blockchain.
✦ The use of the art I created in AI apps for filters is prohibited.
✦ The deadline is at least 30 days for the delivery of the final artwork, which may be changed depending on the complexity of the illustration.
To start the artwork, I need the following information:
✦ Desired type of art (bust/half-body/full-body, number of characters, personal or commercial use).
✦ Character references.
✦ Image format (horizontal, vertical, or square).
✦ If there is any other information relevant to the work, please provide it before starting the artwork.
